A brown and white Border Collie lonely and scared trotted along in her little dog pen at the pound. The pound owner looked at her in disgust as he shoved in some food. Yer' just a stray 'ith no place ta go. Ah.. you'd better 'ind a place soon enough or ya will find a place in the vet's offfice and never 'ake up"He grunted and walked away. Sunny was the dog's given name but she didn't feel like eating. She laid down and tapped her tail up and down. To the owner he called Sunny a wild dog because she ran like a bullet and she was hard to catch. All Sunny wanted was a ranch to run wide and free in and have someone care for her. All the other people said to their children "Oh no dear,I'm afriad that the dog is too wild I'm sorry" Sunny laid her head down and looked out sadly

Bindi patted the Border Collie and she was thinking of some good "dog" sounding names. Although not something as common as Buddy or Max but those were names for boy dogs and their Collie was a female dog.
