Tom let him go wherever he wanted. He was talking softly to the wild stallion, letting him get used to his voiec.

His ears flicked back and forth, his bronze daggers pawing at the ground. He stopped his forward motions and faced the man. His head low and snaking back and forth. It was a warning.

Tom was not afraid of the snaking. The stallion might have gotten away with it at his old home, but not here. He stood up tall, accepting his dominance. He grabbed his whip, a longing whip.

He did not see the whip. His clouded eyes only revealed to him the darkness that he lived in. He pawed the ground. That he could sense, the earth shaking and the thud's entering his ears. But the whip? What of it?

Tom knew the stallion saw nothing. This was why if the stallion came by he could brush the tip of it on his flesh. The stallion would feel it, not know what it was and move away. It was natural instinct. He would never acually whip the stallion, horses were way to nice to whip and injure. Besides, that would go against his contract.

He remained at a distance, unsure of what to do next. He lowered his head, tail thrashing. Bronze pinnacles pricked to every movement - be it human footstep or insect chirp - he heard it all. They say that when you go blind, your other senses sharpen. It was true. Helaku could tell you everything. He shook his head, forelock covering his deep eyes. Snorting, he began to snake again.

The whip dropped on the sandy ground, making a soft thud. Of course Helku colud hear it. Even Strike Out heard it, and he was in the barn. Tom made one step towards the handsome stallion standing in the middle of the arena. HE would love to bond with this magnificent animal. It was amazing to be in his presance.

He heard the thud and his head jerked up, his eyes wide. What was this now? Why this sudden noise? He snorted, paperthins flaring in response. He took a deep breath and let it out in a sigh, an attempt for endorphins to enter his mind and coax him. It worked-to a certain extent. He stomped a singel hoof, he did not see the step - but he could sense that something was happening.

Tom spoke one word as he walked towards him. STEP. HE spoke this everytime he took another step. Soon, after three steps, he stopped his motion. The great beast was only a few meters from him. HE could reach out and touch him if he wanted to. But he would never disrupt the training like that.

His auds flicked, the noise, what was it. Why? After the second time, his think-box began to recognize that each time the word was spoken, the gravel would crunch and the smell of human was nearer. He was coming closer. The great stallion began to shake in fear, cowering.
