Starlight walked to him slowly till he saw him fall. Even though it hurt to move Starlight bolted to him pushing past the other horses. He reached his burnt muzzle to Red nuzzling him gently. He nickered softly nudging him to ger up. Starelight then coughed a few more time.

Red didn't feel the warmth of the muzzle touching his skin, nor hear Starlights screech. HE was dead to the world in a faint. He would wake up soon, but not momentarily.
His dreams lingered in the barn. Starlight was in the last stall and the flames were closing in on them. HE was grabbing for Starlights halter, but the silly horse just kept running away. finally, he managed to get him, but Red and Starlight were trapped in the flames. Then a spark hit his head and he woke up.
The 'spark' was really just Starlights hot muzzle. Groaning groggily, he got to his wavery feet and petted the gelding before him. Checking his ears and muzzle, he knew it was okay. He hugged the gelding, sobbing softly into his mane. It was all his fault. If he had gotten Starlight out sooner, then none of this would have happened. I'm sorry boy.

Red saw Comanche and Garnet act up and anger flared in his eyes. HEY! I saved you horses and you better get along. He saw Comanche falter on his hind left leg and he panicked. He ran toward the back of the bay gelding, picking up the foot. What was wrong?
His burnt hands could feel nothing but heat in his legs, but did that mean he was lame, or he was burned? Red couldn't tell. Where was Lorinda, Stevie, Carole, Max, ANYBODY!
Then, Red did something he would never usually do. He cupped his hands to his mouth and yelled as loud as he could, HELP! SOMEBODY! THE BARNS ON FIRE!

Comanche pinned back his ears at the sudden pain in his leg then pulled it away sharply, but he didn't kick. Soon his ears rose again when he wasn't holding it. He side stepped away at his yell, a bad limp still in his walk.

occ- wow where have I been LOL I'm gonna post as Lisa now
Lisa walked outside the stable home. She looked with shock as she saw the barn in flames. " What! Where... I guess I dozes off... Stevie!?!" She said she wanted to know where Prancer was... Oh Prancer! She was so worried. She looked around trying to find answers to her many many questions she needed answers too

LISA! Red screamed. She couldn't go into the barn. Prancer was in the pasture...and the horses needed help. He was begining to feel woozy as well, but he must help the horses. He saw blood running down Prancers back. Limping toward her, he saw his nightmare unfold: LIghting struck the barn, cracking open part of the stalls. A huge peice of wood hurled away, leaving the barn open for destruction.
LISA! HELP! Red didnt' care if the horses spooked. danger was becomming large and if he didn't do something soon, all the horses in the lower barn would die. Running toward the sound of scared whinnies, he grabbed lead ropes. The fire burned all his skin and hair, but he prevailed. He led out a white mare thats tail had been partially burned off. He led out four more horses before he knew that the smoke had overcome him. staggering, he led out three more geldigns before he knew he couldn;t do it. He had to.
Red yelled in pain as he stepped on a burning peice of wood and it cut into his leg. He grabbed the stallions lead rope and led Storm away fromt he burning place. After the second to last horse was out, he relaxed. THen small, frightened whinnies awoke his senses. He saw the yearling gelding prancing around his burning stall. Red grabbed his halter and tried to yank him out of the stall, but he refused. REd pulled his shirt over the yearlings eyes and led the blind-folded colt away from his terrible home.

Lisa looked at him, she gasped in fear and shocked " RED!" she ran over to him seeing his injury " What's happening!" She knew that was such a stupid question as it was so evident it was a fire. Her was still drenched from the storm, and her hands pruny and wet. She would help the horses If it meant a little pain or not, she wanted EVERYONE safe. What she didn't get was why Stevie wasn't helping.

Comanche screamed for his friend, that was almost like his owner. But he was pine hollows not Red's. He paced by the fence, fumbling because of his leg and almost tripping a few times. He whinnied loudly wanting too help his friend...but he couldn't...he couldn't help his best friend... Garnet trotted at teh far end of the pasture, not liking so many horses in the same pasture with her at the same time. She twitched her ears and looked around, she heard frightened whinnies and her mind screamed 'RUN!'. She bolted across the pasture like mad, spooking wildly.

All the horses were in one small pasture. He didn't see Lisa come up, for he had fainted because of the inhalations of smoke and ashes. Red was exhausted and needed medical care very quickly.
He twitched slighty at the touch of Lisa's cold hands to his burnt skin. If he was not helped soon, problems could erupt. OOC: sorry so short, but you can't post much about someone knocked out
