The palimino stallion was alert as he trotted over the mountains to reach his home. He reared up on the turf. He was claiming this baron land and no one would stop him!
Trigger called his large herd to him.

Sahara loped in at a smooth, extended canter. She slowed too a duo beat, then walk near Trigger and Mariah. She dipped her facade slightly, showing that they were dominant not her. She nickered softly, and glanced towards Trigger. She wondered if she would have a foal someday from him, and hoped if she did that his queen, Mariah, wouldn't mind it.

Trigger nuzzled Sahara, and then Mariah. this was their land now. Sunlight beach was a much nicer home anyhow. He pawed at the sandy ground, then groaned and rolled over.

Sahara nickerd softly again, she loved the nuzzle but didn't show it..she didn't want too upset her queen Mariah. She watched Trigger with amusement. She turned and walked a bit away, letting them have time for themselves if they wanted they had the chance.

Mariah. Now what? We have just five horses in our herd. Sahara, Helen, the filly, and You and I. Should we broaden the herd? Steal some mares? Currently, nothing interesting had happened lately. What would happen?

Sahara dashed back too the safety of the herd. She flared her nares and tensed, she lifted her head high again and glanced around. Another moan rung the air, a painful one again. Clearly the other creature, whatever it was, was injured and in great pain. It came from the shadowly trees nearby, hidden within the brush. Sahara pricked her ears as the others, she stepped around nervously ready too sprint away if needed. What was it>

Trigger didn't dare go closer. He wasn't about to endanger his herd by trying to save another animal. He was curious though...

ooc: lol lorrinda you always do Shara its sAhara } Sahara pricked her ears, she lowered her muzzle towards the ground and towards the brush that grew nearby in vast amounts. She stepped closer too the bush, she wanted too find out what it was. Curiousity got the cat. The saying reminded her not too go, yet the other half of her told her too. if Trigger wasn't...why not her? She was brave enough. The suspence was killing her.
