The Adventures of Mutt and Indinia

The sun, seem to be no where near it's ending peak. But lucky for Kali, and Mutt where able to find some guides through the Cliffs thanks to Mutt's mother Marion Ravenwood. After coming all the way from New England, came all the way to an area filled with cliff, but it seemed there was a first adventure for everyone and this was the first adventure for Kali. Also from New England, she had found a friend in Mutt, and Marion. But something happened one day that changed her life, the day she found out that Mutt was the son of Indinia Jones, it seemed that she wouldn't be left alone after that. Kali walked around, and then headed to the supplies tent, she had found a friend in Mutt, but something a little more then friendship was forming between them and they both knew it.

[Myth :]]

Mutt wondered, what adventures would be coming their way. He glanced at her, while looking at the sky and again he wondered where on this planet his father could be. He hadn't heard anything from him since he seemed to poof out of thin air, long gone never to be heard from. All searches had been called off, and Mutt had the painful duty of telling his mother that the government had given up. They claimed that 'he must be dead, therefore we are ceasing all efforts', and Mutt didn't believe a word of that. He just shrugged and looked at Kali.

Kali noticed Mutt looking at her, in the corner of her eye. A smile crept up on her face, then she put an "X" on the area they where at. It had been three weeks since Mutt's father had gone missing, and after the musuem getting destroyed and the owner of it being put out of buisness it seemed that it was up to them, she looked at Mutt, "Hey." She said to him, as she looked over his figure, he was wearing his casual black biker boots, a black leather jacket, and a old worn used to be white jacket. To her, it really didn't look good on other people but it fit Mutt really good.

[Myth :]]

He shrugged, he'd been thinking about the musuem and how tragic it was that it had been closed forever. After that, he hadn't heard much from Austrian ancient language expert Elsa Schneider. In fact, he was pretty sure nobody had seen much of her lately. Dressed in his typical style, he could always be seen wearing his prized, but worn out leather jacket. He noticed Kali marking a place on the map, probably marking their current location."So where are we, exactly?"

She looked at the map "Well, we are near the cliffs, that are near the woods." She said to him, as she pointed it out. Then looked at him, then a memory popped into her head, the time he kissed her at her home, just a few days before the musuem was destroyed. She then looked back to the map for a moment then back to him.

[Myth :]]

He got back up, yawning and walking over to the table they had set up to put all their supplies on. They'd both probably lost track of time, but anytime they went on one of their little adventures they spent hours and even days exploring the unknown. Mutt loved adventure and danger, and perhaps the fact that both his parents had a taste for it as well explained why Mutt was always landing into deep trouble. "If it wasn't for you, I'd have no clue where I am half the time."

Kali smiled at him "Well then you would be in even bigger trouble, Mr.Mutt." She said to him playfully. Then looked into his brown eyes, that where so full of adventure, and yet his urge to cause trouble somewhere.

[Myth :]]

Mutt chuckled at her comment, mainly because that was the truth. He probably would be getting into more trouble, but for a while now it's apperaed he's managed to keep himself clear from danger for a while anyways. He sensed something unique about the cliffs, mainly because they seemed to stretch on for miles. "Well come on, there's more to explore." Mutt said, he had his eye on a dark cave off in the distance.

Kali looked at him, "Well, I must cause I know that your going to do something stupid." She said to him. Then went to a bag placed on the table, she then dug into it and took out two flashlights, then handed one to Mutt, "I am only going, because I don't want you getting into trouble or worse." She said to him. Then followed him into the cave.

[Myth :]]

Taking one of the flashlights, Mutt played with it for a bit before realising the smarter idea would be to save the battery."You know me too well." He said with a smile, as she gathered up all their stuff in the small background. He wondered how all that stuff fit in there, but that's just something he'd probably never understand.

Kali smiled "I know." She teased. Then walked into the cave with him, and after shining the light on the ceiling of the cave bats flew deeper trying to escape the light. "Scared yet?" Kali asked Mutt. But she knew what his answer was going to be.

[Myth :]]

Mutt flinched, the sudden buzz of bat wings beating in front of his face wasn't his idea of a good time. Mutt switched his flashlight on, to see what seemed like a thousand bats flying everywhere. "Rats with wings, I tell you." He said, trying his best to pretend like he was just imaging them and he had nothing to worry about. That and the fact he was too proud to admit his fear of bats.

Kali rolled her eyes, at his reply. Then after a few minutes of walking, there was a thundering roar as if something calling out a warning, Kali gulped as she continued walking. And after getting closer, they saw a shade of sunlight coming into the cave, she looked toward Mutt, and then got closer she noticed what the roar was coming from, a beautiful waterfall, surrounded by plenty of vegataion. "Well this isn't on the map." She joked. Then looked towards Mutt, with a small smile on her face. After a few moments, they decided to rest Kali sat herself on a rock, and took out a canteen of water, then took a sip. And after a few minutes of them talking "You know Mutt, that day when you kissed me on my doorstep. I just keep going back to that though, everytime when we are alone." She said to him.

[Myth :]]

Mutt stared in wonder at the waterfall and all the vegatation growing around it, it seemed amazing anything could thrive in here. He looked at her, and after a few moments of talking she brought up their kiss on her doorstep. That moment would play in his head from time to time, like a broken record that just kept repeating itself. "Me too." He said, shrugging and kicking at a rock.

Kali smiled, as she put a piece of her hair beind her ear. She lifted herself off the rock, and the walked to Mutt's side placing her hand on his shoulder, looking into his brown eyes. There was something about Mutt that was different, something about him made him different from the boys at school, guys all over the England territory she just didn't know what.
