Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie remembered that name, Doctor Loomis. He said, when Micheal came to the the hospital his eyes had the most haunting look, the most disturbing grin. He had spent every single day and night locked up in that holding cell since he was a six year old. Jacob always enjoyed talking about it, it was his "favorite subject." That name had been pretty much banned from the Strode house. Her father was holding a dark secret from her, one she would soon discover.
Micheal Myers, was her brother. Strode wasn't even her birth last name. She was removed from the house and for safety placed in the care of Mr. and Mrs. Strode.
Of course she didn't know, no one dared tell her. She was too young to remember, but she heard the Myers family was loud and Micheal's sister refused to allow her brother to trick or treat. That's why, she's currently located six feet under the ground. That'd be great. This pumpkin is annoying the heck out of me. Laurie took the knife and held it in front of her face. It send a surge of phobia through her spine. She laid it back down on the table, that white mask still in her mind. Dr. Loomis said he had ab obsession, with covering his face that had stuck since he was six years old. The sun was starting to set, and trying to hunt down a masked phsycopath was going to prove to be difficult for Doctor Loomis.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie laid the phone back down. Her eyes remained glued to the metal of the knife, visions of a girl her age laying dead on the floor with seventeen stabbing marks all over her. The thought made her shiver in her seat, her eyes glancing back at Jacob who had gotten up and put on his custom on. Tim asked if I could come with him, you know, trick-or-treating. Can I go? Laurie knew she couldn't leave him here, so she figured she'd let him. That's fine, I'll be riding around with Lynda if you need to get back in. Laurie got up and grabbed the large knife, and dumped it into the drawer. She didn't know why she was acting so, so, jumpy. Laurie closed the drawer and made it sure it stayed that way. She was tired, and worn out by the long day and way too much chemistry homework. She could wait until Monday to work on that, her mind refused to run like usual today.
Laurie paid careful attention to the television news reports, a Loomis man appeared on the screen. He didn't want to be taped, but he knew more about the masked killer than anyone else did. He explained it was nothing to fear, he'd be back at the sanitarium in no time. Sounds to me, like someone wants to go trick-or-treating. Laurie whispered and switched off the television.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Jacob trotted out the door like any happy kid would. Laurie made sure she shut the blinds and silently walked out the door. She was met by a mob of small kids, but they simply brushed past her seeing as she had no candy for them. Laurie opended the passenger door and slid into the seat. She was sure glad to be out of that house, and more importantly at least she wasn't alone. Thanks for coming. I tried calling Annie earlier, but she cut out and she hasn't answered in a few hours. I bet she's waiting to prank me again. Laurie shrugged and slid into the car seat.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie felt a cool breeze brush up against her face as they sped down the road, slowly to dodge the kids that were dotting the sidewalk. Let's check if Annie home, I'm starting to get worried.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie opened up the car door and motioned for Lynda to follow her, she for sure wasn't prepared to leave any of her friends alone especially today of all days. Hello? She lightly pounded her fist against the wooden door, and to her surprise her father Sheriff Brackett came to the door instead of Annie. Hello Laurie, Happy Halloween. Laurie managed to force a smile, she didn't want to seem rude. Is Annie here? although she had a feeling her friend was out, or perhaps back at the school watching the cheer practice. Sheriff Brackett looked over at Lynda and then back at the obviously jumpy Laurie. I'm afraid not, she said she was walking around the neighborhood. She said a few of the highschoolers were playing a prank at a house down the road, the real beat-down one. I've been so busy, a Mr. Sam Loomis has been on my tail about a patient that obviously, managed to get out of the sanitarium. I'll leave a note for Annie. Laurie sighed, Okay, so I am not making this up in my head. The corner of her eye had manage to catch a tan vehicle turn around the corner, but she had barely managed to see if it was that one car or perhaps another.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie shrugged and then went over their conversation from earlier. Well, I called her and she as usual, was playing tricks on me like she always does. I told her I thought Mr. Riddle or someone was out my window and the line went dead. A chilled thought hit Laurie's mind. Sheriff Brackett had said something about a beaten down, old building that no one had called home in a very long time. I think I may have an idea. Annie said she was going by that old house, the house that beloned to the kid who stabbed his sister. She said something about her and bunch of kids going inside and looking around.
Laurie sighed and leaned against the door, she couldn't believe it.

Laurie Strode! Well, kiddo, I thought you outgrew superstition. Laurie closed her eyes, and opened them. She hoped the house was only in her head, but it glared back at her. Come on, the door is open. She said and made her way towards the old, worn out building that had seen more death, misery and pain than anyone could imagine. Making her way towards the door, she noticed a broken window, someone had thrown a heavy object in order to get back in. Annie? Annie? I really don't think it's smart to be in here. Your father told me Micheal managed to break out of that sanitarium they had him in. I don't think you want to be in here. She said, the old air offering a cold chill to her spine.
Laurie peered into the kitchen, a door of old and large knives had been emptied. All over the floor, with common items that had been just, left there. She gazed at an old high chair, and the name she saw was soon to answer all the questions circling about in her head. Laurie....Laurie... Lynda, look at this.
